Fenghua Kesheng Micro Shaft Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006. It is located in Fenghua, Ningbo city, Zhejiang province. It has developed smoothly and speedily in last six years. We have realized the systematization, the large scale and scientific production & management. At present, we are expanding our business scope to international trade.
Our co***ny is specialized in production of high precision shaft, micro motor shaft, printer shaft, metal shaft, gear shaft, medical instrument shaft, computer shaft, auto motor shaft, household VCD &DVD shaft, electric instruments shaft, stainless steel shaft, other hardware parts and plastic products. The diameter of shaft is from 0.6mm to 30mm. And the materials used include carbon steel (45#, 60#, 70#, 82B, 40CR etc.) and ru***roof steel £¨1CR13¡¢2CR13¡¢3CR13¡¢4CR13¡¢201¡¢202¡¢303¡¢304¡¢316 etc£©.

During the actual production process, we adhere to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, and keep the rules of APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, and MSA to ensure the best quality of our products. At present, our factory has an area of 4,000 square meters, more than 160 employees, 30 sets of high precision un-core grinders, a hundred of CNC Lathe and servicing facilities and full ranges of Inspection Equipments, such as Roundness Measuring Instrument and Roughness Tester.
